SubLexi 隐私政策
欢迎使用 SubLexi（以下简称“我们”）。本政策说明 SubLexi 浏览器扩展及其相关云服务如何处理信息。
1. 我们处理的信息
账号与身份信息
- 注册或登录时提交的用户名、密码及验证码；选择第三方账号登录时提供的账号标识和已验证邮箱。
- 用于保持登录状态的访问令牌，以及随机生成的设备标识符。
- 会员方案、有效期和功能用量。
密码由身份服务进行安全处理；我们不会以明文形式保存或显示用户密码。
学习内容
- 用户主动收藏的单词、释义、例句、句子、翻译、语法或语境分析。
- 与收藏内容相关的来源网页地址、标题、视频标识和时间位置。
- 用户主动使用字幕翻译、划词翻译或 AI 分析时提交的字幕、选中文本、句子和有限的上下文。
免费功能的收藏内容主要保存在浏览器本地。用户启用付费云同步后，收藏内容会同步到我们的云数据库。
支付与交易信息
- 订单号、套餐、金额、支付渠道、支付状态和支付时间。
- 支付服务商返回的交易标识及处理订单所需的信息。
我们不直接收集或保存银行卡号或支付账户密码。
技术信息
云服务提供商可能为保障安全、排查故障和处理支付而记录 IP 地址、浏览器或设备类型、请求时间、 接口状态及错误日志。
2. 网站内容权限
SubLexi 需要在网页中运行，才能提供字幕显示、划词翻译和收藏功能。我们不会因为用户安装扩展而 自动上传完整浏览历史或完整网页内容。只有在用户主动使用翻译、AI 分析、收藏或云同步功能时， 完成该操作所需的文本、上下文和来源信息才会被处理。
3. 信息用途
- 提供双语字幕、翻译、词典、收藏、复习、AI 分析和云同步功能。
- 创建账号、验证身份、维护会员权益和用量额度。
- 创建、核对和完成会员支付订单。
- 保障服务安全、预防滥用、排查错误并改进稳定性。
- 响应用户的支持、数据访问或删除请求。
4. 第三方服务
为完成用户请求，我们可能使用以下服务：
- 云服务商：提供身份验证、数据库、云函数和服务日志。
- 身份服务商：在用户主动选择第三方账号登录时完成身份验证。
- AI 与翻译服务商：提供翻译、单词语境和句子分析。
- 词典服务商：提供英文词典、音标和释义。
- 支付服务商：提供订单支付、状态查询和退款处理。
- 网页托管服务商：托管本隐私政策页面并提供网页访问服务。
这些提供商会按照各自的隐私政策处理为完成请求所必需的信息。文本只有在用户调用相关功能时才会 发送给对应的翻译或 AI 服务。
5. 信息共享与销售
我们不出售个人信息，不将个人信息用于定向广告、信用评估或与 SubLexi 核心功能无关的目的。 除完成用户请求、履行法律义务、保障安全或处理企业重组所必需的情况外，我们不会向第三方披露信息。
6. Chrome 网上应用店用户数据受限使用
我们仅将用户数据用于提供已明确披露、由用户主动使用的 SubLexi 功能。我们对通过 Google API 获取的信息的使用将遵守 Chrome 网上应用店用户数据政策， 包括其中的受限使用要求。
7. 保存与安全
- 浏览器本地数据通常保存至用户主动删除、清除扩展数据或卸载扩展。
- 云同步数据通常保存至账号删除或用户提出删除请求。
- 订单及必要交易记录可能根据财务、税务和争议处理要求保留。
- 我们采取访问控制、传输加密和最小权限等措施，但任何互联网服务都无法保证绝对安全。
8. 用户选择与权利
用户可以：
- 删除本地收藏，或通过浏览器设置清除扩展数据。
- 退出账号，停止使用云同步或 AI 功能。
- 联系我们查询、更正、导出或删除账号及云端个人信息。
数据或账号删除请求请发送至 hello.sublexi@outlook.com。 为防止他人冒用，我们可能要求验证账号所有权。
9. 儿童隐私
SubLexi 不以未满 14 周岁的儿童或当地法律规定的最低年龄以下用户为目标用户。若监护人认为儿童在 未经适当同意的情况下向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们处理。
10. 政策变更
我们可能因功能、法律或服务提供商变化而更新本政策。重大变更将通过本页面、扩展界面或其他适当方式通知。

SubLexi Privacy Policy
Welcome to SubLexi ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how the SubLexi browser extension and related cloud services handle information.
1. Information We Process
Account and identity information
- The username, password, and CAPTCHA response submitted during registration or sign-in; an account identifier and verified email when the user chooses third-party sign-in.
- An access token used to keep the user signed in and a randomly generated device identifier.
- Membership plan, expiration date, and feature usage.
Passwords are securely handled by our identity service. We do not store or display passwords in plain text.
Learning content
- Words, definitions, examples, sentences, translations, grammar analyses, and contextual analyses saved by the user.
- Source URLs, titles, video identifiers, and timestamps associated with saved learning content.
- Subtitles, selected text, sentences, and limited context submitted when the user invokes translation or AI analysis.
Free-tier saved content is primarily stored locally in the browser. When a paid user enables cloud sync, saved learning content is synchronized to our cloud database.
Payment and transaction information
- Order number, plan, amount, payment provider, payment status, and payment time.
- Transaction identifiers and other information returned by a payment provider that is needed to process an order.
We do not directly collect or store bank card numbers or payment-account passwords.
Technical information
Our cloud providers may log IP address, browser or device type, request time, API status, and error details for security, troubleshooting, and payment processing.
2. Website Content Access
SubLexi runs on webpages to provide subtitle display, selected-text translation, and saving features. Installing the extension does not cause us to upload a user's complete browsing history or complete webpage content. Text, limited context, and source information are processed only when needed for a translation, AI analysis, save, or cloud-sync action initiated by the user.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide bilingual subtitles, translation, dictionary, saving, review, AI analysis, and cloud sync.
- Create accounts, authenticate users, and maintain membership benefits and usage limits.
- Create, verify, and complete membership payment orders.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support and data access or deletion requests.
4. Service Providers
We may use the following providers to complete a user's request:
- Cloud service providers for identity, databases, cloud functions, and service logs.
- Identity providers for authentication when the user actively chooses third-party sign-in.
- AI and translation service providers for translation and contextual word or sentence analysis.
- Dictionary service providers for English definitions and phonetics.
- Payment service providers for payments, payment-status queries, and refunds.
- Website hosting providers for hosting and serving this privacy policy.
These providers process information needed to perform their services under their own privacy policies. Text is sent to a translation or AI provider only when the user invokes the relevant feature.
5. Sharing and Sale of Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, creditworthiness, or purposes unrelated to SubLexi's core functionality. We disclose information only when needed to complete a user request, comply with law, protect security, or complete a corporate reorganization.
6. Chrome Web Store User Data Limited Use
We use user data only to provide the disclosed, user-facing SubLexi features that the user chooses to use. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Retention and Security
- Local browser data is generally retained until the user deletes it, clears extension data, or uninstalls the extension.
- Cloud-synced data is generally retained until the account is deleted or the user requests deletion.
- Order and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution.
- We use access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. User Choices and Rights
Users may:
- Delete saved content locally or clear extension data through browser settings.
- Sign out and stop using cloud sync or AI features.
- Ask us to access, correct, export, or delete account and cloud information.
Send data or account deletion requests to hello.sublexi@outlook.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
9. Children's Privacy
SubLexi is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable local law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information without appropriate consent may contact us to request its removal.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our features, laws, or service providers change. We will provide notice of material changes through this page, the extension, or another appropriate channel.
